  So looking forward to taking the family to Pit Boss since moving locally some 4 months ago.
  
  Where to start, staff were stale and lacked any sort of enthusiasm. Its customer service and a smile wouldn't go astray either.
  
  The restaurant concept is great and the menu looks amazing but this place lacks atmosphere. The ribs were dry and hard, the fries and chilli fries were dry and flavourless. Saving grace was the smokey honey soy wing.
  
  Expected a better food experience than we had. $100 would've been better spent elsewhere.
  
  This is just my experience, unfortunately I will not be returning!!!
