McDonald's

Since when does FIFO (First in First Out) overrule the principle of 'the customer is always right'. When I specifically ask, at the point of ordering, for my bacon and egg and sausage muffin 'fresh' I don't mean freshly out of the warmer where it has been sitting for 20 minutes. When I returned it I was told that 'we do FIFO here we don't cook fresh'. How long does it take 2-3 minutes? Back to Ronald McDonald school for you mate!
